Overview
Rushton Electronics is a small electronics design consultancy.
We are looking for a talented engineer to take responsibility for new projects and assist with existing projects. The role will require working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with flexibility and enthusiasm. In return, there will be the opportunity to work on any aspect of the engineering workflow and some degree of freedom in choosing present and future projects to work on.
We are looking for a self-starter with a willingness to learn and an eye for detail. Flexible working and/or part-time work will be considered.
The ideal candidate has a degree in electronic engineering or similar and preferably experience in firmware, software, or hardware development. Proficiencies mentioned include Python or Matlab and electronics prototyping and debugging. Experience with any of the following would be useful but not essential: Embedded C/C++, Qt, FPGA and digital design (VHDL), high-speed design, and image sensors.
