Maintain records within Otis’s systems such as Microsoft CRM system.

Monitor and report on customer portals where required.
*
Support local team with administration of all aspect of maintenance contracts.
*
Support the local sales team on tenders for new and renegotiated contracts
*
Provide all aspects of general support with a focus on sales, however at certain times there may be a requirement to cover other support activities across the London Operating Territory.
What You Will Need to be Successful:

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*
Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment
*
Have good planning, problem solving and communication skills
