We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our small residential home supporting adults with mental health needs.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards,delivering high-quality, person-centered care, and supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and develop a small staff team.
* Ensure the service meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
* Oversee person-centered care planning and resident well-being.
* Manage budgets, rotas, and resources effectively.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
About You:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a mental health or social care setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
