Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the SEND Team for the London Borough of Haringey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Undertake statutory SEND assessments in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014.
* Contribute to the completion, review, and monitoring of Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
* Work in partnership with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies.
* Provide clear advice, guidance, and support to families throughout the SEND process.
* Maintain high-quality case recording and report writing in line with statutory requirements.
* Apply relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice consistently.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Experience working within a SEND / Disability service
* Sound knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory guidance
* Social Work England Registration
