Job Description Job Title: Plant Administrator & IT Support Location: On-site (own transport required) - Flamstead Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Plant Administrator to join our team on-site. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support across multiple departments within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage operational records, maintain systems, support reporting, and assist teams with data- related tasks. While this is primarily an administrative role, experience with SQL is required to help extract, analyse, and manipulate data to support reporting and operational insights. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operation across the plant. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational databases. • Support internal systems and assist staff with basic IT or data queries. • Use SQL to extract and analyse data, helping generate reports and support business insights. • Ensure data integrity and assist in maintaining accurate operational information. • Assist departments with data entry, reporting, and process documentation. • Support internal reporting processes, helping improve efficiency and accuracy. • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure information flows smoothly and processes are followed. • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and system processes. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: • Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks. • Is comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and business systems. • Has practical experience using SQL to query and analyse data. • Can support staff with basic IT or system issues as they arise. • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving when handling data or system queries. • Has a positive attitude and can work collaboratively with operational teams. Skills & Experience • Strong administrative experience in a busy operational environment. • Practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction, queries, and basic analysis. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and business systems. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work across multiple departments and tasks. • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
