Dutch speaking Consular Officer (Maternity cover) – Our client is looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Consular Officer to join their team on an 8 month temporary contract. Within this role you will provide a wide range of guidance, logistic and administrative support. This position is an 8 month contract with a start date in May and is office based.
Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative and logistical support, consular advice, and assistance
* Reviewing and receiving applications /documents
* Ensuring all materials and documents are accurate and are documented efficiently and correctly on the database
* Maintaining and updating all files and project documents
* Ensuring smooth communication between departments within the company
Qualifications
* Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Consular Officer, Administrator, Administration Executive, Administration Coordinator
* Experience working in the government sector would be beneficial
* Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
* Switched-on and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Able to commute into the office 5 days a week
* Available to start in May 2026
