What will you be doing?
* Routine maintenance and repairs on RCVs, waste management, and light commercial vehicles
* Diagnose and rectify faults in a well-equipped workshop
* Handle vehicles carefully and adhere to safety protocols
* Coordinate with the Workshop manager for parts
* Follow health & safety regulations
* Complete job cards and service sheets promptly
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness
* Attend training to stay current with product knowledge
What are we looking for?
* Flexibility to perform various tasks
* Strong mechanical repair knowledge
* Understanding of health and safety standards
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent
* Class C Licence (desirable, training available)
* Knowledge of HGV MOT regulations
* IRTEC Licence and/or Waste/RCV vehicle experience (desirable)
