Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £26,208 – £27,664 per year
Mynydd Haf School is looking for a proactive and professional School Administrator to support our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support
* Manage communication with departments including HR and finance
* Oversee attendance records
* Welcome visitors, staff, and pupils
* Take minutes at meetings and support safeguarding initiatives
About You
* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Friendly, approachable, and highly reliable
* Understanding of SEND and safeguarding in schools
