Paralegal Position in Civil Litigation An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our team, dealing with a range of Civil Litigation work closely with our Litigation Partner Mark Newby.

While this role is primarily a Dispute Resolution appointment, we also work in Family Law and Criminal Law, which may provide additional related litigation experience. We have extensive experience acting in complex and high-profile cases both locally and nationally, including cases up to and including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.

Candidates should have proven litigation experience or relevant experience demonstrating suitability. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior litigation experience.
Applicants should be committed to working in person in South Yorkshire, as this position is not suitable for those without local ties, given the importance of in-person presence for success.
Proposed starting salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. All other terms will be discussed and agreed with the suitable candidate.
We also welcome applications for a more senior litigator role, with terms to be negotiated.
