We are looking for a new Credit Control Assistant to be based in Kendal or Blackburn.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer relationships
* Reconcile customer accounts/contracts
* Investigate late payment issues
* Keep internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
* Work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
* Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller
Qualifications
* Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
* Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
* Excellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clients
* Attention to detail
* Eligibility to work in the UK
