Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - South Based with travel
Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, and installation to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, helping prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks for our customers nationwide. We are seeking a new Fire Systems Project Engineer, preferably Midlands - South Based, who is willing to travel frequently.
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic Salary – up to £36,000 per annum
* Overtime and Travel Time circa £10,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage small and large projects across our portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, health, safety, and quality standards.
* Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
* Ensure proper documentation and commissioning of systems post-installation.
* Provide technical expertise and attend site meetings as needed.
* Manage engineers and subcontractors, overseeing project profitability and safety compliance.
* Perform installation and commissioning tasks when required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the fire systems industry.
* Experience managing projects across multiple sites.
* Technical knowledge of major fire system brands (e.g., Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, etc.).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
