Responsibilities
* Delivering accurate, timely financial information to support business decision-making and board-level reporting.
* Analysing corporate costs, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and savings.
* Preparing and posting journals including payroll, intercompany funding, lease accounting, and accruals/prepayments.
* Providing gross margin analysis with insightful commentary on variances, including project accounting reconciliations.
* Conducting balance sheet reviews, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of aged items.
* Managing FX accounting, ensuring accuracy across the income statement.
* Acting as system administrator for financial planning and reporting tools, including budget management and reconciliations.
* Supporting statutory accounts preparation, audit, and tax compliance.
* Playing an active role in business improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* A recognised accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across operational and corporate teams.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a curious mindset and willingness to learn.
* Strong systems knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
