Telecoms Support Engineer

To provide technical support to users and management on IT and communications systems, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of problems, reports, and installation requests. Work with other members of the Digital Services Division to maximize the performance and return on IT investments.
This role provides front line support as the first personal contact for users. A key requirement is maintaining a customer focus at all times. Depending on user location and division growth, travel to multiple sites may be required.
Job responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telephony, VoIP, mobile, and network‑connected communication systems across healthcare sites.
* Support critical communication systems for clinical and operational teams.
* Provide technical assistance for IT and communications systems, resolving issues and managing installation requests.
Person Specification
* Experience with telecoms/VoIP systems and cabling infrastructure.
* Knowledge of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
