About the Role
As our People Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers across CCW, providing expert HR guidance and supporting the delivery of our People Strategy. You'll lead on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, recruitment, L&D, and policy development — helping us build an engaged, inclusive, high-performing organisation.
You will also line-manage our People Co-ordinator and help develop effective, people-centred working practices across CCW.
