Harborne Kitchen is searching for a senior Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team.
As one of Birmingham's best neighbourhood fine dining restaurants, we work to provide guests with an excellent and memorable experience. Working within a small team within an open kitchen you would play a part in preparing and serving our A La Carte & Tasting menus.
We are seeking hard working, detail orientated chefs who are able to work cleanly and efficiently. In exchange we offer competitive wages and excellent tips.
This role would suit an experienced Pastry Chef looking to advance their career within fine dining and take part of dish development alongside our Head Chef.
Essentials
-Experience on within high quality kitchens.
-A passion for excellent food and providing guests with a memorable experience.
-The ability to work with a variety of people and within an open kitchen environment in full view of customers.
-Strong knowledge of food hygiene.
-Hard working and willing to learn.
-The ability to lead and inspire junior members of the team.
-Previous experience leading a pastry section
