Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
* Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Experience in bartending is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with guests effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
