We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Engineer to join our Broadcast Services team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of supporting and enhancing TJC's Broadcast Systems, bridging traditional broadcast with IT expertise. You will work closely with Broadcast Operations, Platform Control, Projects, and Design teams to ensure seamless delivery of broadcast services, providing both proactive maintenance and reactive support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technology Integration: Assist in integrating new technologies into the Broadcast Production platform, ensuring reliability, service availability, and customer satisfaction.
* Fault Analysis: Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyse and resolve system faults efficiently.
* Technical Support: Provide guidance on TJC systems to internal teams and vendors, supporting informed decision-making.
* Engineering Assistance: Support planned maintenance and upgrades outside standard business hours.
* Project Participation: Contribute to broadcast projects, software upgrades, and system stability initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Broadcast Services in stakeholder meetings to facilitate collaboration and effective communication.
* Issue Management: Log and track technical issues accurately, ensuring timely resolution.
* User Assistance: Provide technical support to internal users and project teams, promoting system proficiency.
* Daily Incident Meetings: Participate in daily incident meetings, helping to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
