The Role
* Manage all estate issues, lease events and landlord negotiations
* Support acquisitions and property projects
* Control costs including business rates and service charges
* Work with internal teams and external consultants
* Ensure key deadlines and priorities are met
About You
* Experience in estates or property management
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and analytical skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Confident communicator, open to travel
