Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire, coach, develop and drive an Assistant Manager, Duty Managers personal trainers, and free-lancers, creating a harmonious, fun, hard-working and customer focused environment.
2. Drive new member sales with regular social media activity and outreach campaigns to generate leads.
3. Take responsibility for health and safety, cleaning and maintenance for the club to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
4. Manage the diverse and innovating fitness product offering including personal training and group exercise.
5. Oversee the club's budget.
6. Ensure customers have a fantastic customer experience to aid retention.
7. Be visually present during peak times.
8. Support with the growth of the wider business.
Person Specification:
9. Outgoing, engaging personality with a hands-on approach to leadership and can-do attitude
10. Impeccable standards and a real eye for detail.
11. A Passion for delivering 5-star service and obsessive about operational standards.
12. Club Manager, Centre Manager, General Manager or possibly commercial Head of Department experience within a fast-paced health and fitness club environment.
13. Good digital awareness and social media savvy.
14. Have the ambition to grow with the business.
