Learning & Development Data Officer Learning & Development Data Officer · Liverpool Street · 6 - 9-month temporary project role · Hourly rate: PAYE £19.50 per hour plus holiday pay (£21.63 premium) · Day rate: PAYE £137.06 or £178.33 UMB · Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home · 28 days annual leave bank holidays (pro rata\'d for the duration of the role) · Immediate start after your clearance has been verified - Purpose Of The Post: To work closely with and provide support to the training team within the Learning & Development Directorate, to complete a project on the training needs analysis process including data input, training system administration and recording. Main Duties And Responsibilities: 1. To administer and coordinate the training needs analysis returns 2. To enter data into the training system and configure the system with a training profile 3. To produce a draft skills\' matrix for each team 4. To produce a gap analysis report to highlight training needs 5. To update the training system to ensure it reflects skills 6. To run reports from the system and produce dashboards 7. To engage within force to ensure accuracy of data 8. To provide administrative support for the training needs analysis work Skills · Excellent ability to write in a clear and understandable way to internal and external stakeholders and the public · Excellent oral communication skills to deal effectively, efficiently and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders and the public · Highly developed ability to organise and plan my own work, identifying conflicting demands and establishing clear priorities in order to meet agreed objectives with minimal supervision · Highly developed ability to work with others as part of a team, providing support as required and building and maintaining relationships with individuals in order to achieve objectives · Well-developed ability to collect data from various sources, analyse findings and present them in a clear way that meets desired outcomes · Well-developed ability to apply effective numeracy skills in entering and recording financial data and other general calculations, and working within defined procedures and regulations · Highly flexible and ability to adapt to changing priorities · Proven ability to learn new procedures and apply these in a changing environment Knowledge and experience · Experience of using Windows-based software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail and the internet and database packages, in order to deliver tasks and projects and be self-servicing · Experience of success in administering meetings, including arranging meetings, facilitating meetings and taking accurate minutes and notes from meetings. · Experience of developing, maintaining and reviewing paper and electronic administrative systems and information systems · Experience of accurate data input and the ability to interrogate data and produce accurate information for reports If you hold a valid SC clearance please get in touch if you are interested in this opportunity with your most recent CV at harry.bryanthays.com Alternatively, you may know someone with clearance potentially looking for their next role?
