Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-1pm

A new plumbing and heating supplies branch is opening in Pimlico, and our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead this exciting venture. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trade environment and is eager to build a successful branch from the ground up. The role requires a strong leader with industry knowledge, a commercial mindset, and the ability to establish and grow a customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the setup and day-to-day management of a brand-new branch.
* Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers to drive sales.
* Managing stock levels, purchasing, and supplier agreements.
* Leading and motivating a small team, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Handling all aspects of branch operations, including health & safety and compliance.
* Developing and implementing strategies to establish the store as a go-to supplier in the area.
Requirements
* Previous experience managing a plumbing & heating or trade counter branch.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
* A proven track record of increasing sales and managing branch operations.
* Knowledge of plumbing and heating supplies is essential.
* A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
