This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support, client services, administration, call centre work, or service delivery, who enjoys problem-solving and delivering an excellent customer experience.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling inbound queries via phone and email.
* Offering clear, friendly, and professional customer support to help clients use systems and processes effectively.
* Maintaining accurate information and ensuring data is updated promptly.
* Building positive relationships and delivering a consistently high customer experience.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues efficiently.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Supporting a range of administrative tasks to help clients and the wider team.
