As our Digital Subscriptions Manager, you'll implement our digital subscription strategy. You'll be responsible for project managing important initiatives from creation through to delivery, ensuring that our digital subscription propositions reach our customers efficiently and effectively. This hands‑on role puts best practices into action. You’ll be the central point of contact, pulling together stakeholders from across the business—marketing, product, tech, and editorial—to keep projects on track and deliver. The role puts you at the heart of our digital transformation, translating strategic visions into tangible outcomes and optimising the customer journey through execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer, you’ll help identify and implement best practices for digital subscriptions, working with several teams to ensure operational excellence. This includes coordinating cross‑functional efforts, managing timelines, and identifying potential roadblocks to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of subscription products and features.
Qualifications
* An understanding of digital subscription models and their operational requirements within a B2C environment.
* Experience with project management, delivering digital products or plans.
* Experience in the publishing or media sector.
* Stakeholder management skills.
* Interpret data and insights to understand project impact and identify operational efficiencies.
* Experience with A/B testing or optimisation processes.
* Lead meetings with confidence, including setting clear agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring follow‑up on action items.

Expected pay range: £29,000–£50,000. Hybrid role from our London office—three days in office, two days from home.
