Implementation Consultant | Greater Manchester | £60,000 – £65,000
We’re partnering with a global SaaS business to find a high-calibre Implementation Consultant with strong business consultancy skills, proven API experience, and a solid technical foundation.
This is a complex, fast-paced role where you’ll act as a trusted client advisor—owning implementations end-to-end and translating business needs into scalable solutions. It’s ideal for a self-starter who thrives on challenge, communicates confidently with clients, and is driven to learn and continuously develop.
What you’ll do
* Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and shaping solutions
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Design and guide implementations, with a strong focus on APIs, integrations, and data
* Produce clear, structured documentation to support delivery and client understanding
* Oversee delivery through testing, training, and go-live
What we’re looking for
* Strong business acumen and experience in consultancy or client-facing roles
* Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, and data flows
* A confident communicator who can engage and influence clients
* Excellent documentation and organisational skills
* Experience with SaaS platforms
* Solid technical understanding (hands-on coding not essential)
