We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Wood Green Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. 3# Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
* Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
* Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service to clients at all times.
* Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
* Supporting mentoring team members within the clinic to support their career development.
* Ad hoc duties as required.
4# Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
* High level of organization and detail orientation.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to self-direct when necessary.
