HR Assistant – Maternity Cover
·Salary: £31,185 per annum
·Contract: Full time (35 hours per week), 12 months fixed-term contract
·Flexible working: Minimum of 3 days per week in the office
·Location: Borough, London
Childhood Firstenables children and young people to recover from severe abuse and relational trauma, to enjoy life and to achieve their potential. We do this through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment, together with family and network support.

Task:
As part of the HR team based in our London office (adjacent to Borough Station) you’ll take responsibility for delivering a range of HR processes designed to meet the needs of our staff working directly with children and young people in our residential homes. You’ll also provide wider day to day support to HR the team as a whole as well as having the opportunity to get involved in various projects.

Position and Team:
Reporting to the Senior HR Adviser within a small friendly HR team.
