About the Role ✍️

We’re looking for a ✨Creative Strategist✨ who’s obsessed with what actually makes content that converts and is engaging. This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance, and insight — turning data, cultural signals, and platform-native thinking into scroll-stopping concepts that scale and seeing it through to production.

You’ll own creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and Youtube, working closely with performance marketers, designers, and copywriters to ideate, brief, test, and iterate ads that drive profitable growth for our DTC brand.

This is not a pure copy or design role, and it’s not a media buyer either. It’s about finding the angles, shaping the message, and constantly improving creative output based on real performance signals.

We are looking for someone who loves solving problems and testing new things!


What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Owning creative strategy for paid social & performance channels

Developing hypotheses, angles, hooks, and narratives aligned to customer pain points and platform behaviour.

🧠 Turning performance data into creative insights

Analysing ad results to understand why something worked (or didn’t) and feeding those insights back into new concepts.

✍️ Briefing best-in-class creative

Writing clear, actionable briefs for designers and editors — including hooks, scripts, formats, and success criteria.

📱 Staying native to each platform

Creating ideas that feel right for TikTok, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and beyond — not repurposed TV ads.

🧪 Driving creative testing frameworks

Structuring tests around hooks, messaging, formats, creators, and offers to accelerate learning and scale winners.

🤝 Collaborating cross-functionally

Working closely with performance, brand, and CRO teams to ensure creative aligns with funnel stages and landing experiences.

🚀 Scaling what works

Identifying winning creative patterns and evolving them into repeatable systems, not one-hit wonders.

💻 AI Implementation

Implementing processes for scaling scripting, ideation and production with AI


You Should Apply If…👀
* You’ve worked on paid ad creative for a DTC brand or agency (essential), ideally in CPG, wellness, beauty, or supplements
* You deeply understand Meta & TikTok creative best practices and how ads actually win on these platforms today
* You think in hooks, angles, objections, and formats, not just “nice visuals”
* You’re confident using performance data to guide creative decisions
* You can clearly articulate why an ad works and how to improve it
* You thrive in fast-paced environments with rapid testing cycles
* You enjoy collaborating with designers, editors, and performance marketers
* You’re proactive, curious, and constantly saving ads “for inspiration”
* You love getting stuff done and learning new things
* You present creative thinking, insights, and recommendations to clients with growing confidence and clarity.
* You stay on top of platform trends, consumer behaviour, competitor shifts, and emerging formats to fuel concept development.


You’ll Thrive Here If…📈
* 2–3+ years in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing (agency experience ideal).
* A track record of producing high-performing Meta/TikTok creative.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret creative performance data.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A strong grasp of consumer psychology and what drives buying decisions.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
* A proactive, commercially minded mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
