This position is central to supporting safe, sustainable homes and enhancing residents living conditions, in line with the organisations values and strategicobjectives. Combining technicalexpertisewith a strong customer focus, the role ensures that all works meet agreed specifications, deliver value for money, andcomply withrelevant regulatory requirements.You willbe responsible forinspecting and assessing projects frominceptionthrough to completion, ensuring that planning, specifications, and delivery standards are fully adhered to bybdhtscontractor partners.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors, you will drive quality, efficiency, and value for money across all projects.About YouWerelooking for someone with experiencewithin the construction industry and ideally supported by a recognised trade background. The successful candidate willdemonstrateexcellent communication skills and willplace customer satisfaction at the forefront of their approach at all times.
