Overview
Full Time Teaching Assistant – Fixed term contract to July 2026 (in the first instance). Salary: TA1/TA2 (dependent on experience). Required to start: Monday 3rd November 2025 (or sooner if possible).
We are seeking to appoint a class-based Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school for the remainder of the academic year, working in our Key Stage 1 class of Year 1 and Year 2 children and to cover part of the lunchtime provision. There may also be the possibility of additional hours to provide relief cover for Breakfast Club and extending the contract as our school requirements continue to change.
Himbleton CE Primary School and Nursery is a voluntary controlled, rural school with 99 children on roll (inclusive of Nursery) with a Pupil Admission Number (PAN) of 14. Children are taught in mixed age classes and the vacancy is for a fixed-term position (in the first instance) with our Year 1 and Year 2 children in our Key Stage 1 class.

Responsibilities
* Cover part of the lunchtime provision for the class-based Learning support in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2).
