We are looking for an IBP Manager. This is a brand newly created role in one of Hulls most exciting and people orientated businesses and will suit someone who understands IBP and can champion this across this fast paced FMCG business.
As the IBP Manager you will have responsibility for a Demand Planner and also report directly to Head of Supply Chain with cross team responsibility. This is a strategic leadership role so you will as such have experience of IBP/ S&OP implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
Design and implement an IBP Process across the whole business
Review and analyse the forecast demand vs actual, understand changes and trends
Collaborating across Finance, Sales, Operations and other departments regarding forecasting and capacity
Measure, control, and improve IBP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
Lead network optimisation process to mitigate costs and maximise serviceThis is not a list of all responsibilities but gives you an idea of expectations of this exciting role.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically. In addition, you will have Supply Chain management experience as well as a strong knowledge base and exposure to S&OP/ IBP process.
