This role supports the agricultural division, which includes farming and milling operations across several locations in Norfolk and Suffolk.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a dedicated HR team supporting around 500 employees across 3 sites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a hands on HR position within a fast paced, operational environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisors
* Providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and exit
* Managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence
* Reporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performance
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
* Working closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategies
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an operational or fast paced setting
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
* Confident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Proactive and practical with a collaborative approach
* Full UK driving licence is essential due to regular travel between sites
