HGV Refuse Driver / Loader – Bristol Area (Based in Yate)
Start 6:45am – 3:15pm | Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime available

Safely drive and operate an HGV collecting household recycling including plastics, cardboard, and black bin wasteWork alongside the loader to ensure efficient, safe, and timely waste collectionConduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checksMaintain accurate route records and report any incidents promptlyAssist with manual loading/unloading when neededProvide courteous customer service to residents on your routeWhat we’re looking for:
Valid HGV licence with a clean driving recordPrevious experience in refuse collection or similar driving/loading roles is advantageousWillingness to commit to early starts and flexible Saturday overtimeGood communication and a team-focused attitudeStrong commitment to health and safety standardsAligra has been established since 2007 and has developed supply partnerships with many of the UK’s leading logistics companies.
