Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated project and programme schedules for SRO Major Projects, including critical path, recovery and contingency planning.
* Embed PMO planning standards, governance and controls, ensuring consistent application across complex, multi‑supplier environments.
* Integrate supplier schedules into a single, aligned master programme to support delivery of RAPID‑regulated schemes.
* Monitor performance against plan, analyse variances and proactively identify risks to milestones, critical path and programme outcomes.
* Produce clear, tailored reporting (graphical, written and data‑driven) to support project, programme and portfolio decision‑making.
* Support resource planning, change control and impact assessment, identifying risks and opportunities across the programme.
* Ensure full alignment with RAPID / Ofwat Major Projects gate requirements and associated governance.
You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our PMO team and will be expected to work 37 hours a week.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in project and programme planning within a PMO environment.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
* Advanced Excel capability, with experience producing analysis and insight reports.
* Experience working in fast‑paced, complex programme or major project environments.
* Confident communicator, able to challenge teams and suppliers constructively.
* Good understanding of project controls, scheduling, and commercial awareness.
* Full U.K driving licence.
