Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator fluent in French and English to support a dynamic and fast-paced department. This role involves managing bilingual correspondence, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Incoming Correspondence: Handle customer and stakeholder queries via email in both French and English.
Process Documentation: Review and update records, forms, and communications across various platforms.
Coordinate with Teams: Liaise with colleagues across UK and French offices to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
Maintain Reports: Use Excel to track progress, update logs, and generate weekly summaries.
Reconcile Transactions: Monitor and match incoming payments or data entries with internal records.
Resolve Queries: Investigate and resolve outstanding issues or discrepancies.
Engage with External Contacts: Communicate with third parties to clarify and resolve administrative matters.
Data Entry: Ensure timely and accurate input of invoice and account information.
Improve Efficiency: Support efforts to streamline processes and reduce delays or errors in documentation.Ideal Candidate
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data tracking
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer service, finance, or office administration is a plus
