Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Branch Manager to motivate a large team and perform line management for the sales team.
* Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to ensure sales and operations KPIs are met.
* Participate in the management team with supervisory responsibilities to deliver strong performance across key business measures in line with the Company’s core values.
* Ensure the branch is fully compliant with branch standards to maintain balanced performance.
* Be actively involved in HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment as part of valuing people as our most valuable asset.
* Support external recruitment and inductions to ensure a right-first-time outcome, and develop internal talent within the business.
* Promote a customer-focused mindset to keep the customer at the heart of what we do.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team.
* Strong communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
* Sales experience with a proven track record of managing key accounts and maintaining relationships.
* Organised and resourceful.
