KG This role will be the front line contact for major customers dealing with client Supervisors and Managers and will oversee process procedures in partnership with customerrequirements. How you create impact Preparing Temperature controlled alternatives to clients. Handling time critical consignments. Accurate and prompt data recording. Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock. Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups. Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping. Data entry of key milestone information. Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Undertake reasonable duties / responsibilities or tasks. Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions Driver responsibilities as required. What we would like you to bring Warehouse working experience. Confidence to work independently and remotely. Ability to work well under pressure. Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner. Excellent communication skills Computer knowledge with relevant packages Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes. Forklift license. (preferable not essential) Confidence to work independently and remotely.
