Quantity Surveyor (Drywall)
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic contracting business specialising in partitions, ceilings, drylining, and high-spec façade work. This role offers the chance to work on landmark projects, delivering exceptional quality in challenging environments.
What you’ll do:
* Measure, value, and quantify drywall / drylining works from design drawings and specifications.
* Produce accurate cost estimates and tenders for partition, ceiling and drywall scopes.
* Manage cost control during projects: track variations, change orders, and site measurement.
* Prepare interim valuations and final account submissions.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
* Maintain commercial records, contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Assist with risk assessments and cost forecasting to support project planning.
What we’re looking for:
