Build something meaningful inside a growing specialist consultancy. This Contracts Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant role is based in the UK, ideally near Lichfield, Staffordshire, and offers real autonomy, influence, and upside. You will own and shape Kodus contract desk with founder-level support, strong retained clients, and £35,000 to £40,000 basic plus flexible commission.
Scope of the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant and our first Contracts Recruiter, you will own and grow Kodus contract recruitment offering, building a high-quality desk focused on long-term client relationships.
* Build and scale the contract desk from an established but underdeveloped base
* Maximise existing retained client relationships for contract opportunities
* Develop new business with physical product development clients
* Build and engage a strong PSC contractor talent pool
* Own process, delivery, and commercial outcomes for contracts
Key Skills and Experience Required
1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Contracts Recruiter building a desk from scratch
2. Strong knowledge of PSC, limited company contractors, and IR35 compliance
3. Background as a Contracts Consultant or Contract Recruitment Consultant
4. Experience recruiting engineering or technical contractors is beneficial
