Contracts Manager (Fast Track) – £50,000–£60,000 + Package | Midlands | Start in the New Year A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager (Fast Track) to join a growing Midlands-based construction company specialising in fast-track refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects across the commercial, retail and public sectors. This role offers long-term stability, career progression and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of projects including pub refurbishments, hospital upgrades, MoD works and occasional new-build schemes.
