Our Graduate program allows you to rotate through a number of working groups and experience different scopes of work and a broad base of clients. Allowing you to contribute Engineering Work scopes supporting multiple divisions.

What you will bring
We welcome applications from students or recent graduates in:
* Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM fields
* If you’re curious, collaborative, analytical and a problem solver, ROSEN wants to hear from you

* Graduate assessment day will be held on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at our offices in Quorum Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne
