Responsibilities
* Manage a case load from inception to completion under the guidance of a Conveyancer.
* Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face‑to‑face, to provide advice and assistance.
* Communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction.
* Keep the case management system and any third‑party web sites up to date in real time, together with emailing out weekly updates to the developer.
* Maintain the relationship with the referrer and ensure a steady flow of incoming work and prevent any drop off of work due to poor performance.
* Targeted on exchanges and revenue.
* Prepare required documentation as required with the conveyancing process.
* Responsible for the preparation of completions and for ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of completion.
Qualifications
* Experience assisting with a caseload of new build transactions.
* Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.
* Conversant in Microsoft Office.
* Experience of using a case management system.Confident in building and maintaining business relationships through excellent communication.
