Description
Joining our Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative i n a busy role you will be responsible for creating quotes for existing clients across Hardware, Software, and Managed Services. This role involves managing the entire process from identifying opportunities to finali s ing sales orders and contract agreements. They will work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely quotes .
Experience:
We would expect you to have the following experience;
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
To have worked in a team driven environment, but able to work on your own with minimum supervision
Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise work
Skills Required:
Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadline s
Excellent organisational skills
Accurate data entry
Consistency
Methodical
Willingness to listen, learn and improve
Being able to problem solve
Customer service experience, including handling customer e nquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service

Stage 1 : Telephone Screening. This generally lasts between 1 0 and 15 minutes.
Stage 2: Microsoft Teams Interview. You may be asked back for a second interview .
Stage 3: Second Interview face to face with our Head Of Operations & CEO.
Stage 4 : A call with our HR Manager to run through a job offer, set expectations and confirm any outstanding questions.
