We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our transport department and oversee the lifecycle of our lease vehicles.
Job Description:
Position Overview: The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing the servicing, maintenance, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations of our fleet vehicles. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive service processes and the ability to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of lease cars.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing and Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee regular servicing and maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in top condition.
Repairs: Manage and facilitate timely repairs, working closely with service technicians and external repair shops.
Leases: Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and manage lease renewals and terminations.
Warranties: Handle warranty claims and ensure all vehicles are covered under appropriate warranty policies.
Allocations: Allocate vehicles to drivers based on operational needs and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all servicing, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools.
Valid driver's license.
