Job Opportunity
As part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service, you'll work with Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged individuals. The role involves working within the Criminal Justice Liaison Team, collaborating with services including prescribing, clinical, outreach, hospital, community, and residential rehab. You'll support clients within the criminal justice system to improve their outcomes.
About The Role
This position involves covering courts, prisons, and custody suites regularly. You will work with individuals on community sentences involving mental health, drugs, and alcohol, collaborating with partner agencies to manage these cases. You will also support individuals released from prison and contribute to multi-agency plans.
Essential Skills

* Attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or willing to achieve within 12 months
* Experience or volunteering in relevant settings, working with substance misuse issues
* Driving license and access to a vehicle
* Ability to build effective relationships

* Good communication skills, IT competence
* Flexible working hours as needed
