JOB SUMMARY
The Hotel Bars Assistant Manager is responsible for all Food and Beverage
operations within the two Bars at the Hotel.
In addition to influencing Bar operations within other Food &
Beverage functions including the Hotel Restaurant and Room Service operations
and extensive Banqueting.
The role is positioned to report into an existing Bars Manager and will be required to work closely with the wider Hotel
Management Team.
The successful
applicant should have experience of managing teams in Hotel Food and Beverage
Operations, in addition to a hands on approach, be a strategic thinker and have
a passion for Food & Beverage excellence.
Other key duties include overseeing guest and employee
satisfaction, maintaining company standards including Health and Safety protocols as well as meeting or exceeding financial targets. Demonstrating knowledge of all applicable Food
and Beverage laws and regulations and developing and implementing business plans
for Hotel Food and Beverage.
