We’re looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio. This is your chance to shape strategic partnerships, drive innovation, and make a real impact in high-tech industries.
Responsibilities
* Lead sales and business development for optical sensors and systems in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors.
* Build and execute strategic account plans to expand market share.
* Manage a robust pipeline from first contact to contract award.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Provide market insights to guide product strategy.
* Represent OSI Optoelectronics at key industry events.
* Forecast monthly sales and exceed ambitious targets
Qualifications
* A strong background with 10 years in technical sales, account management, or business development within the Aerospace and/or defense sector and photonics markets.
* Strong understanding of optical components (especially optical sensors) and their applications in commercial and defense systems.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
* BSc required in Engineering, or Physics. MSc preferred.
Travel
This role will require the successful candidate to travel nationally and internationally.
