Youll take ownership of care packages, lead and support staff teams, and ensure that every client receives safe, person-centred, and consistent care. This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact.
What Youll Be Doing
* Completing robust risk assessments and developing clear, effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Providing supervision, coaching, and appraisal to support workers.
* Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation.
* Communicating confidently with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
* Managing rotas to ensure safe and reliable service delivery.
