Share domain expertise: Serve as the regional subject matter expert for independent account growth, upskilling the wider commercial team on best practices. Maintain data integrity: Manage pipeline activity, log partner meetings, and document clear handover notes systematically within Salesforce. What You’ll Need to Thrive Essential Proven relationship management: Significant experience in account management, relationship management, or strategic partnership roles. Commercial and target focus: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving commercial targets and delivering growth. Field-based autonomy: Highly organised self-starter who thrives working independently on the road 3–4 days per week, combined with office collaboration. Effective communication: Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse independent business owners.
