Proactively engage with CIOs, BU/ Fns, application owners & their delegates, providing
1. Technical Support
2. Troubleshooting
3. Issue resolution
4. Stakeholder Engagement
5. Tracking & Reporting
Competencies:
1. Knowledge of/ experience with the 3 technologies (Alation, DQ Store, Open Lineage)
2. Problem Solving
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
4. Capable of handling escalations with difficult stakeholders
