Salary Range: £90 - £140 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), your role will involve delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll ensure that learning continues uninterrupted while maintaining a calm, productive classroom environment for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
Your Role Will Include:
* Supervising whole-class lessons during teacher absences.
* Ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged with their learning tasks.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and fairly.
* Reporting on student progress and any concerns to the teaching team.
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or within a school setting is highly desirable.
* A confident, adaptable, and calm manner.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with primary-aged pupils.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. degree, childcare, or education qualifications) are an advantage.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
